This Body? It’s a Limited Edition!

For decades, culture has sold us a narrow, ever-changing definition of beauty – and we’ve been quietly trying to keep up ever since. From magazine covers to social media filters, we’ve been told that thinner is better, younger is ideal and our flaws must be fixed. The result? Somewhere along the way, many of us stopped seeing our bodies as something to CELEBRATE and started seeing them as something to FIX. We have learned to criticize what’s natural, apologize for what’s normal, and overlook what’s powerful.

Join us for a FUN, humorous night that will be all about ditching our negative BODY IMAGE and self-talk. If you have ever wanted to change the body you have been given, Elizabeth just might help you change the way you see it instead.! Because your limited edition? It’s worth celebrating!

Special guest, comedian, Jessica It’s All Good, will be performing before Elizabeth dives into our topic for the night. Jessica It’s All Good is a clean comedian from the South with a loud personality, no shame, and not a whole lot of inhibitions. She has rocked out places like Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club, The Comedy Zone, Laughing Skull Lounge, Uptown Comedy Club, MadLife Stage & Studios and The Punchline, just to name a few.
