The Exchange
Have you ever felt like you are living on repeat? As if you are stuck in Groundhog’s Day? We get up, make breakfast, go to work, pick everyone up, make dinner, watch TV, go to bed. Get up and do it all over again. We’ve all been there. We’ve all been stuck.

That’s why Elizabeth Pehrson created The Exchange in 2015.

The Exchange is a non-profit corporation that provides an environment for women to hear practical advice from topics Elizabeth has read and life lessons she has learned, and is currently learning. Equipping us to become better women tomorrow than we are today. And to ultimately use that to pour back into those around us. She believes we cannot give what we do not already have. And we cannot pour from an empty cup.

Elizabeth is a wife to David (who she affectionately deems the most patient man on the planet), is a mother of eight children (with three in college, three in high school and two in middle school) she has two BIG golden retrievers and is involved in several volunteer opportunities in the community. Elizabeth knows all too well how busy and how routine life as a woman can get. What started as a feeling of supposed to be doing “something” more has grown into a monthly event inspiring hundreds of women. The Exchange supports women with monthly events, book recommendations, monthly newsletter and inspiration from Elizabeth through her BLOG.

The Exchange is for ALL adult women. Women who work outside the home. And women who work in the home. Women who are single. And women who are married. Women who are moms. Women who are grand-moms. No matter what season of life you are in, The Exchange is here to inspire you to live life ON PURPOSE and WITH INTENTION.

Come. Be Challenged. Meet Your Neighbors. Enjoy A Girls Night Out.
