Elizabeth is a speaker, podcaster and founder of The Exchange. She is married and is the mother of EIGHT children – four boys and four girls.
She is passionate about helping women connect, grow, and live ON purpose and WITH intention. Other passions include fishing and helping moms with their parenting endeavors.
Jennifer is a dedicated leader and passionate advocate for helping women live life to the fullest. She has been “all in” with The Exchange since 2016—never having attended an event, but knowing from the moment she heard about it that she was meant to be involved. Married for 35 years, she and her husband enjoy mentoring other couples, and as a proud mom of two adult daughters and a new grandmother, she finds joy in this next phase of life. Jennifer is committed to pouring into women, helping them live on purpose and with intention, and she also enjoys golf, pickleball, and boating on the lake.
Tracy is an attorney by training and currently serves as Innovation Training Manager at an international law firm. She brings her legal background and expertise in innovation to support organizations in fostering growth and development.
Tracy has been part of The Exchange since its very first meeting, inspired by founder Elizabeth’s passion for creating a space where women can live more intentionally. Having known Elizabeth for over 15 years through their children’s sports teams, Tracy has always admired her commitment to community. When the opportunity arose to support The Exchange as Treasurer, Tracy was eager to contribute her skills to help further its mission
Jane is the Guest Experience Director at North Point Community Church where she has been on staff for 11 years.
She is passionate about connecting people to opportunities and other people that will help them grow into the person
God created them to be.
Jane is a long-time friend of Elizabeth’s and has been cheering her on since The Exchange began in 2015. She
shares the passion Elizabeth has of inspiring women to live on purpose and with intention.
I have been a Business Coach for over 15 years. As a certified Life Coach and Leadership Trainer, I have helped hundreds of small business owners achieve their personal and professional goals. I specialize in adults with ADHD and have helped many individuals get forward motion and momentum in their careers and
personal lives.. I believe if you Educate, Empower and Excite yourself and your team, you will get Excellence.
Elizabeth and The Exchange’s vision deeply aligns with my own. Serving others and championing their greatness is my life’s purpose. I first attended an Exchange event 8 years ago and was immediately drawn in. I began volunteering 6 years ago, joined the Food Committee 4 years ago, and was honored to become a Board Member soon after.
I am enjoying retirement after a satisfying career thatI began as a nurse and ended as a business manager for my husband’s dental practice. As a lifelong learner, my career offered a multitude of opportunities to learn and grow.
I love serving the women of The Exchange at Cumming and hope to help each of them to feel welcome. I’ll never forget my first Exchange event. As I sat listening to Elizabeth talk about living with intention and with purpose, my thoughts were filled with how special The Exchange was . I haven’t stopped inviting friends and acquaintances since that first time so long ago!
Jenny Boyett is the co-founder of The ColorWorks Group, where she helps teams improve communication by understanding natural wiring and its impact on relationships and culture. With two decades at North Point Ministries and leadership roles in major frameworks like The 6 Types of Working Genius and I Said This, You Heard That, Jenny brings deep insight to her work across corporate, nonprofit, and faith-based sectors. A single mom of four daughters, she’s known for her contagious joy, clarity, and commitment to both spiritual and emotional growth.
Mandi is a realtor for Century 21 Results and is a North Atlanta suburb expert. She enjoys serving buyers, sellers and investors alike.
The Exchange was a natural fit for me from day one because I’m a proponent of life-long learning, building each other up and having fun in the process!
