After a month of American holiday EXCESS (even though if we are honest, EVERY month we have excess), we are going to delve into the concept of minimalism. We will be discussing Joshua Becker’s book, THE MORE OF LESS, in which he articulates, in a highly inspirational way, the benefits of owning less. But it’s about more than that—it’s also about intentionality and generosity and living an examined life.
Our goal will not simply be to come home and declutter, but to take a good hard look at overcoming consumerism, greed, materialism and overindulgence.
