Have you ever really thought about where your beliefs came from? Your political views; your religious faith, or lack thereof; your stance on whether you can wear white after Labor Day; what is right and what is wrong; what is good and what is bad; what constitutes good table manners, who you believe yourself to be; what you feel and how to behave. As children, we didn’t have the opportunity to choose our beliefs, but we AGREED with the information. The only way to store information is by agreement. We will be taking an internal look at the personal agreements we have come to believe unconditionally. And more importantly, how these agreements rule our lives.

We will then be exploring four powerful truths that will help us break our childhood agreements that come from fear and require us to expend a lot of energy. And replace them with agreements that will help us not only conserve energy, but even gain extra energy! We will be breaking down the book, THE FOUR AGREEMENTS by Don Miquel Ruiz. These four simple agreements (Be impeccable with your word; Don’t take anything personally; Don’t make assumptions; Always do your best) can transform our lives. We can start this life changing process, by AGREEING to come. 🙂
